Island Times (March 30 - April 5, 2006)
In SP's letter to Senate President Johnny Reklai, he said that Ngiraingas has been attacking and threatening everyone in sight who does not support Nautilus City project. "Although he claims that the developer of the Nautilus City project has spent millions, the company has only $10,000 of paid-in capital money that the company has disclosed and the only money that the company has disclosed is less than $10,000 in a Palau Bank." He further dislcosed that in a Criminal Case No. 05-195, Ngiraingas is charged in part because he continues to actively promote the Nautilus City project while he and his sister own $8,348,760 shares or 15 percent of the stock of the corporate developer.
I am also hearing reports through the grapevine that because of the heated attack lodge by Gov. Ngiraingas to the president the Bureau of Public Safety have stepped-up security measures by detailing increased frequency of patrol cars to the president's residence in 30 minutes interval.
